OUTING GUIDELINES

 All registration and cancellation dates will be noted on outing registration forms.

These deadlines are NOT subject to change unless you have an unforeseen circumstance.

​If registering for more than one outing at a time, please write one (1) check for each outing. 

 Please arrive 45 minutes prior to all starts.  During tee times, if your entire foursome is not ready to go to the tee box, your tee time can be forfeited.

 For shotgun outings, 50/50 winners will be paid in cash.

For tee time outings, 50/50 winners will be paid via check.

Skill prize winners will be mailed a check after each outing.

 Refunds are ONLY issued if made by the cancellation deadline  

(unless you have an unforeseen circumstance).  Refunds will be 

issued as follows:

• If your check was deposited, a new check will be issued
• If your check was not deposited, we will return your check
  

Refunds for inclement weather will ONLY be issued if the golf course

cancels the outing.

Credits will not be held over for future outings

A PPWGN member has a one-time per season opportunity to invite one adult female guest to play in a PPWGN golf outing exclusive of the overnight event and the end of season event. This one time, one guest opportunity is extended to each member to exercise only one time during the season. 

Guests are not allowed to play more than once a season. 

Each course reserves a limited number of PPWGN tee times per event. PPWGN reserves the right to limit guests so as to accommodate its membership for each event. 

We invite guests to consider membership after playing in one of our events, but ask members to please respect this one guest, once a season per member opportunity. 

The invited guest will have an additional $20 fee added to the greens fee per event. 

Guests will not be eligible for skill prizes in any event.

Members will submit her greens fee, the guests green fee plus the additional $20 for the guest with registration for any event.
